1. Q:How high can l print the font?
A:The print font height is 2-12.7mm/2-25.4mm, and the length is not limited

2.Q:How to install the ink cartridge?

A:The ink cartridge is installed and the printer is turned off. Open the cover of theink cartridge and align the inkjet port of the ink cartridge with the printsurface.
Install it up and lock the cartridge.Remove the ink cartridge from theprinter afteruse and cover the ink cartridge with the cover.
3. Q:After the ink cartridge is used out,can it be replaced quickly?
A:Yes.Our original ink cartridges are available for sale,if you need more ink cartridgesyou can contact our sales person.
4. Q: How long does it take to dry the ink?
A:Generally 3s is needed, but for some glasses, printing on plastic may require 5-6s
5. Q:What is the print distance of the printer?
A:The distance from the nozzle to the printed object is 2-5mm
6. Q:Can l print on an uneven surface? Can l print a bottle, for example?
A:Yes, but it needs to used with the fixed plate when it is used.(the fiexed plate issent)
7. Q:When it can not print how to do?
A:(1) Reprint the file again. (2) check whether the synchronous wheel belt off (3) Check whether there is ink in the cartridge.(4) Check the parameters are
correct. (5) Whether the power is enough, charge and spray again. (6) After power off the printer, reinstall the printing cartridge correctly. (7) please check
whether there is debris on the surface of the nozzle, if any, please gently wipe clean with tissue paper.
8. Q:Can print, but not clear, how to do?
A:(1) Check the surface of the nozzle if clean, dry,with a special wipe carefully cleannozzle surface. (2) When the printer is power off, take out the ink cartridge,
shake the nezzledownward several times,sticks the tissue paper on the surface of the nozzleand shakes up and down. (3) Clean the nozzle with the alcohol,
after dry, try printing again (4) After done the above operations, still unable to solve, please contact our customer service.
9. Q:Can the font size be adjusted? Can i print logo and how to achieve it?
A: The font size can be adjusted.Print logo can use the Type-C connect to thecomputer to insert images. The height of the image
must not exceed 150 pixels
10. Q:When l print, l need to print OR Code, text, time,and logo at same time, can it beachieved?
A:Yes, These all can be achieved.
