1. Q:How high can l print the font?
A:The print font height is 2-12.7mm/2-25.4mm, and the length is not limited
2.Q:How to install the ink cartridge?
A:The ink cartridge is installed and the printer is turned off. Open the cover of theink cartridge and align the ink jet port of the ink cartridge with the printsurface.
Install it up and lock the cartridge.Remove the ink cartridge from theprinter after use and cover the ink cartridge with the cover.
3. Q:After the ink cartridge is used out,can it be replaced quickly?A:Yes.Our original ink cartridges are available for sale,if you need more ink cartridgesyou can

4. Q: How long does it take to dry the ink?
A:Generally 3s is needed, but for some glasses, printing on plastic may require 5-6s

7. Q:When it can not print how to do?
(1) Reprint the file again.
(2) check whether the synchronous wheel belt off
(3) Check whether there is ink in the cartridge.
(4) Check the parameters are correct.
(5) Whether the power is enough, charge and spray again.
(6) After power off the printer, reinstall the printing cartridge correctly.
(7) please check whether there is debris on the surface of the nozzle, if any, please
gently wipe clean with tissue paper.
8. Q:Can print, but not clear, how to do?
A:(1) Check the surface of the nozzle if clean, dry,with a special wipe carefully cleannozzle surface.
(2) When the printer is power off, take out the ink cartridge, shake the nezzledownward several times,sticks the tissue paper on the surface of the nozzleand
shakes up and down.
(3) Clean the nozzle with the alcohol, after dry, try printing again

9. Q:Can the font size be adjusted? Can i print logo and how to achieve it?A: The font size can be adjusted.Print logo can use the Type-C connect to thecomputer
to insert images. The height of the image must not exceed 150 pixels
