1. I want one printer that can print on stone, wood, plastic, metal, etc. Can this printer do this work?

Answer: Yes, we have many applications. The max printing height of the ALT360Pro high-resolution inkjet printer is 5.4mm. it can cover multi-standard products.

2. Is the temperature more like on the coast or desert it won't work?

Answer: No. it is not exactly that. If the temperature is humid, the drying speed of ink becomes slow. We have the application on steel pipe. These steel pipes are piled up in open-air one year. The printing result is not affected.

3. Is there any guarantee for buying machines?

Answer: Yes. Our warranty period is one year. Within one year, if any quality problem with the printer. The seller promised to bear the full cost that including freight, repair, change new spare parts. (artificial damage is not included)

4. Are there any other consumables?

Answer: Only need ink cartridge, cleaner, and maintenance cartridge. The last two consumables are used to maintain the machine if a long time no uses machine.
